Overview: We strive to provide the best quality flower preservation services. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refund:
1. Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item or order, please reach out to us within 14 days with details.
3. Damaged/moldy flowers: If flowers arrive to us damaged/moldy even after instructions were followed we will contact you and can either work something out or issue a refund.
Non-Eligible Situations:
-Change of mind after receiving the order.
-Natural variations in flower preservation (e.g., slight color differences).
-Items not reported within the specified timeframes.
Process for Refund:
Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide any requested photos or evidence to support your claim.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
